Mix everything in a blender and serve. Lemon and Prosciutto Linguine (from Episode 1)
Cook the linguine in salty boiling water
for 3-4 minutes. In the meantime, heat up a sauté pan with
the butter, add the prosciutto and stir fry until crispy. Add the lemon
zest, the juice, the cream and let
it reduce to a creamy consistency. Drain the pasta directly into the
pan, add the remaining ingredient, sautée for a minute and
plate in a pasta bowl with a parsley leaf on top to garnish. |
