Lemon Sorbet (from Episode 1)

  • 2 scoops of lemon gelato
  • Juice from half lemon
  • ½ cup Champagne or Prosecco
  • ¼ cup sparkling water

Mix everything in a blender and serve.

Lemon and Prosciutto Linguine (from Episode 1)

  • 6 oz egg linguine
  • 1 oz butter
  • 2 oz chopped Parma prosciutto
  • Juice from ½ lemon
  • Zest from ½ lemon
  • ½ cup heavy cream
  • 1 egg yolk
  • 1 tsp chopped parsley
  • 1 tbsp grated parmesan cheese

Cook the linguine in salty boiling water for 3-4 minutes. In the meantime, heat up a sauté pan with the butter, add the prosciutto and stir fry until crispy. Add the lemon zest, the juice, the cream and let it reduce to a creamy consistency. Drain the pasta directly into the pan, add the remaining ingredient, sautée for a minute and plate in a pasta bowl with a parsley leaf on top to garnish.
